Vice President of IT

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT to lead the development of a robust technology function in line with its significant growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a multi-year technology and data roadmap that is closely tied to the operating plan. This role is pivotal in owning the company's infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and operational systems support. The VP of IT will also be tasked with managing the IT budget, capital planning, and vendor strategy, as well as supporting M&A integration. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production AI or data work, with the ability to speak to it in detail, and experience in multi-site operations support with a focus on uptime. Applicants for the Vice President of IT position at the company should have a 4-year degree, with a Masters or MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, particularly in manufacturing or operations, is required. The role demands a clear and credible executive communicator, and experience with SAP or a comparable ERP, along with IT and OT exposure. The candidate should be a current IT head or a number two ready to take on the top seat, and must be local to Minnesota, as sponsorship is unavailable.
