The Company is seeking a Product Management Senior Analyst to join their team. This intermediate-level position is pivotal in the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on coordinating the promotion of products to expand into new markets, increase market share, and enhance competitive positioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement, launches, and marketing. Additionally, the role involves day-to-day product management, including client experience and communication strategies, as well as serving as a representative for the Controls Automation development team on data-driven analysis projects. Applicants must have 8-10 years of experience and a strong background in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics. The role requires the ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage deadlines. Technical proficiency in SAS and SQL is essential, with a preference for candidates with experience in UNIX shell scripting, NDM, and familiarity with Enterprise Data Warehouses, BigData, and EAP platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and be adept at driving data-driven analysis and control-related business projects. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the candidate should be able to provide informal guidance to new team members and contribute to the achievement of business goals.
