The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Collections Strategy, MIS, and Analytics. This includes preparing and monitoring collections MIS and billing for consumer assets, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of MIS reports to the business. The role also involves generating insights and trends from data, serving ad-hoc data requirements, and creating analytical dashboards as per business needs. Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President include tracking the effectiveness of ongoing strategies, suggesting improvements, and developing automation processes to enhance quality and reduce turnaround time. The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate or graduate degree in any discipline and will be adept at suggesting the best ways to harness bureau data for higher resolutions. The role requires a proactive individual who can offer options that translate desired objectives into implementable and measurable process steps, and who is capable of driving the business towards higher resolutions through data-driven insights.
