Associate Vice President, UI/UX & Full Stack Engineering Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking an experienced and technically adept Associate Vice President for UI/UX and Full Stack Engineering. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring UI/UX and full-stack engineering teams, defining and implementing software architecture, and ensuring the delivery of intuitive digital experiences across various devices and platforms. Key responsibilities include fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement, as well as contributing to full-stack development, including backend services, API integration, and interactive data visualization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with a proven track record in building responsive, high-performance web applications. Experience in backend development, API integration, and interactive data visualization is essential, with a preference for those familiar with D3.js and mapping technologies. The role requires a technology leader who can guide engineering teams, make architectural decisions, and optimize application performance. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with at least 10 years of experience in frontend engineering, full-stack development, or software architecture, including significant technical or team leadership experience. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and be adept at working in Agile environments.
