The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Strategic Sourcing Manager with a focus on Procurement Category Management in Workspace Design and Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the category strategy to deliver a competitive advantage for the business, with a strong emphasis on cost savings, lifecycle value generation, demand management, and innovation. This global role requires the execution of sourcing projects to meet saving targets and other key business outcomes. The role demands in-depth sourcing and contracting knowledge, as well as the ability to manage a range of sub-category areas, including capital works, construction contractors, and professional services. Applicants must have a strong background in the construction industry, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in project management, and hold technical qualifications such as RICS, CIPS, and an MSC in Quantity Surveying and/or Construction Project Management. The role also involves developing senior-level relationships and requires advanced skills in analysis and synthesis, particularly in the application of commercial models with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading comparable spend areas and be adept at managing the associated risks. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage, and the role is based in India to ensure close proximity to significant capital works.
