The Company is seeking a VP of Procurement Operations Lead to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of critical functions, including commercial data and intelligence, purchase-to-pay governance, third-party risk management, procurement MI and reporting, eSourcing platform management, quality and continuous improvement, and people and team leadership. This role demands a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in procurement operations, shared services, or a similar operational leadership role. The VP will be instrumental in driving the transformation of procurement processes, leveraging technology, AI, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and support the company's strategic goals. Key responsibilities for the VP of Procurement Operations Lead include building and curating proprietary commercial datasets, overseeing the purchase-to-pay process, managing the vendor onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with third-party risk management. The role also involves leading a team, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a culture of operational rigor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, experience with ERP systems, and a proven track record of people leadership. A background in a regulated environment, exposure to AI tooling, and experience with global or hybrid teams are desirable. The candidate should be operationally rigorous, analytically capable, and possess a collaborative and globally minded approach to work.
