Vice President of Product, ConnectWealth Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead a team of Product Managers in driving platform enhancements and buildouts across regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering strategic solutions for a platform with a significant AUM and a large number of accounts. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to develop and prioritize business requirements within an Agile framework, ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative capabilities, and navigating regulatory complexity. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading cross-functional collaboration to solve high-impact challenges under tight deadlines, as well as managing stakeholder updates across multiple regions. Applicants must hold a Master's or Post-Graduate degree with over 10 years' experience in financial services, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within wealth management. The role requires proven product management expertise for large-scale business and technology initiatives, strong analytical and innovative thinking, and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across global, cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital transformation, fintech integration, and experience with data analytics tools to drive evidence-based product decisions. Proficiency in Agile tools and experience with JIRA-based backlog management is also essential. The Vice President will be expected to manage stakeholders effectively, communicate clearly at all organizational levels, and demonstrate accountability and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
