Vice President, Portfolio Management, Process Re-engineering CoE Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Portfolio Management within its Process Re-engineering Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the opportunity intake, qualification, and prioritization process for CoE initiatives across various business functions. This includes partnering with functional and operations leaders to identify and frame opportunities suitable for process re-engineering, automation, AI, workflow, analytics, or operating-model redesign. The role also involves defining consistent assessment criteria, facilitating prioritization discussions, and maintaining a transparent opportunity backlog. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include managing the CoE portfolio roadmap, capacity, and sequencing, as well as aligning demand to available CoE capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process excellence, technology, and digital transformation, and will be adept at supporting both annual and in-year planning by forecasting demand and assessing resource constraints. The role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure that the CoE focuses on the highest-value opportunities and is capable of creating realistic sequencing options.
