The Company is seeking a Reengineering and Project Lead Analyst, VP to spearhead and execute strategic reengineering initiatives. The successful candidate will be a recognized technical authority in business reengineering, with a strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills to influence and guide stakeholders. This role is pivotal in leading complex deliverables, ensuring the quality and timeliness of reengineering outcomes, and contributing to the strategic planning of the business. Key responsibilities include leading OMAI initiatives to re-engineer core processes, defining and implementing global reengineering methodologies, and collaborating with the Operating Committee to identify and scope reengineering opportunities. The VP will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of reengineering projects, providing management reporting, and overseeing a portfolio of productivity programs. Applicants for this role at the company should have 6-10 years' of relevant experience, with a proven track record in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management. The role requires a candidate with a basic understanding of the firm's different businesses and the related economics, and the ability to influence strategic functional decisions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and must be able to operate with a high degree of independence, exercising judgment and autonomy.
