Associate Vice President, CLO & Private Credit Lending

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for CLO and Private Credit Lending within its Global Credit Finance division. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is instrumental in the success of the division, which is dedicated to extending credit to clients while ensuring the profitability of a loan portfolio. The role involves a diverse range of activities, including credit analysis, portfolio surveillance, and reporting. The AVP will be responsible for overseeing loan closings, maintaining the deal pipeline, and compliance documentation, as well as assisting in the underwriting, due diligence, and legal documentation of new and existing loans. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively in a team. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in credit analysis or a related finance field, with a preference for those holding a degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, and experience in credit markets, loan structuring, and legal documentation is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player with a positive attitude, and have a desire to learn and develop industry knowledge. Familiarity with securitizations, private equity, or private debt is also advantageous. The role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is a key revenue driver for the division and to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
