Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its business in the Kenya market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall P&L and business performance, driving the company's business strategy in line with regional and global objectives, and ensuring long-term sustainability. This role requires a leader who can identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, allocate resources effectively, and lead the commercial and sales strategy across various channels. The CEO will also be tasked with marketing and brand growth, market expansion, and strengthening the company's route-to-market and distribution network. Candidates for the CEO position should have 16-22 years' of professional experience, with a significant background in FMCG or consumer products. A proven track record in a senior P&L or business leadership role, particularly in managing a country or sizeable market, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Kenyan FMCG landscape, including various trade channels, and strong experience in sales, distribution, commercial strategy, and brand marketing. Leadership skills are crucial, as the role involves building and leading a high-performing team, as well as strong stakeholder management and communication. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
