Executive Director Greater Nashville, TN Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the operations and financial performance of a large mixed-use residential community serving conventional and student renters, with shared living, co-working, and retail components. The role is accountable for asset performance, including net operating income, occupancy, leasing, forecasting, expense control, and capital planning. Responsibilities include leading marketing and leasing strategies, managing a team across property functions, and ensuring effective facilities operations, compliance, and risk management. The Executive Director will also oversee resident services and retention, maintain relationships with retail and co-working tenants, and serve as the primary on-site point of accountability to ownership. Candidates should have at least five years of progressively responsible experience in multifamily housing, student housing, or full-service hospitality, including three years in a management role with direct profit-and-loss accountability. Experience with mixed-use properties, shared living, student housing demand cycles, flexible leasing, and varied revenue streams is advantageous. Proficiency with property management software is required; familiarity with co-working management platforms is a plus. A bachelor’s degree and industry certifications are preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be considered.
