The successful candidate will be a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record in senior leadership, strategic planning, and external engagement. This role is pivotal in advancing the company's mission and goals through philanthropic support and alumni engagement. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive advancement program, including development, alumni relations, and fostering relationships that enhance the company's profile and secure resources. Applicants for the Vice President for University Advancement position at the company should hold a Master's degree, with a terminal degree preferred, and have senior leadership experience in a relevant field. The role requires strong strategic planning, financial, negotiation, and execution skills, as well as a demonstrated ability in major gift fundraising, capital campaigns, and donor relations.
