The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Project Management in Owner's Representative Engineering Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the leadership and delivery of owner’s representative assignments for major clients. This role involves serving as a day-to-day client advisor and project representative, managing technical, operational, commercial, schedule, quality, and risk considerations across complex building and infrastructure programs. Key responsibilities include acting as an owner’s representative on assigned projects, coordinating multidisciplinary technical input, assisting in the development of various project-related materials, and supporting all project phases from planning to operational readiness. The role also requires the ability to mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and support client relationship-building efforts. Applicants for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in building engineering, project management, or related capital project delivery roles. Professional licensure or industry credentials such as PE, RA, PMP, CCM, or similar are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of project delivery processes, building systems, and project controls, as well as excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and client management skills. The role demands the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to strong relationships with key stakeholders.
