Associate Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst & Portfolio Management

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to support commercial real estate lending and portfolio management. The role partners with relationship managers on client development, origination support, outreach, and relationship maintenance. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, KYC reviews, and credit investigations; managing a portfolio of corporate borrowers; and completing annual and interim credit reviews. The successful candidate will prepare credit analyses, financial spreads, and supporting materials for credit proposals, monitor portfolio performance, and escalate emerging risks or compliance concerns. Candidates should have 3–5 years of syndicated banking experience and a background in commercial real estate credit analysis or underwriting. Strong skills in due diligence, financial analysis, credit review, and portfolio monitoring are required. The role also calls for familiarity with KYC processes, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance policies, along with the ability to support client-facing relationship managers and contribute to team initiatives.
