Associate Vice President Senior Credit Analyst & Team Lead, Corporate Banking

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst and Team Lead to manage a corporate banking credit portfolio while leading a team of analysts and assistants. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting credit memoranda for new transactions, renewals, reviews, and amendments; analyzing financial statements and repayment capacity; developing projections; and assessing credit risks and mitigation strategies. The role oversees credit approvals, transaction documentation, portfolio monitoring, reporting, and compliance-related processes. The successful candidate will also serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external market participants, mentor the team, and identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting. Candidates should bring substantial experience in corporate credit analysis and underwriting, with strong quantitative and qualitative financial analysis skills. The role requires the ability to assess counterparty risk, develop financial projections, and apply credit metrics and ratings. Proven experience supervising, reviewing, and mentoring analysts is essential, along with strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills. Familiarity with KYC, enhanced due diligence, and BSA/AML compliance requirements is also required.
