Chairperson, Business

The Company is seeking a Chairperson for its Business Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive and professional leadership in the areas of instructional and administrative oversight. This includes fostering a collaborative and student-centered environment, hiring and mentoring faculty and staff, developing and managing departmental budgets, and ensuring the quality of academic programs. The Chairperson will also be involved in curriculum development, assessment activities, and maintaining community and industry partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a business-related discipline, with a preference for a doctoral degree, and a minimum of 3 years of college-level teaching experience. The role requires proficiency in computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong background in business education.
