Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, treasury operations, banking relationships, working capital management, and commodity risk management, including precious-metal hedging. The CFO will partner with executive leadership to improve profitability, cash flow, and long-term growth, while overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, financing, and lender relationships. The role also includes working with the Controller and accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls. In collaboration with operational and commercial teams, the CFO will help optimize margins, manage price exposure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve processes and financial performance. Candidates should bring senior-level financial leadership experience and expertise in treasury, working capital, financial planning, and risk management. Experience with commodity hedging, particularly for precious metals, is important. The role also calls for strong capabilities in financial reporting, internal controls, financing arrangements, and banking relationships, along with the ability to collaborate across functions and advise executive leadership.
