Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer to provide operational leadership across Product, Engineering, and Implementation. The role leads strategic initiatives, runs the organization’s operating cadence, and builds and manages a technical program management office. Responsibilities include overseeing program portfolios and customer delivery processes, aligning priorities across teams, managing executive communications and decision flow, and partnering with People and Finance on workforce planning, organizational design, budgets, and performance metrics. Candidates should have approximately 10 years of experience in product management, technical program or portfolio management, strategy, business operations, or a comparable role with genuine operational ownership. They should bring experience managing multiple complex workstreams, building program management processes, and hiring and developing teams. The role requires conceptual technical fluency, financial and operational skills, familiarity with workforce planning, and the ability to influence across teams through sound judgment and clear communication. Experience with government-contract delivery, production systems using advanced AI methods, engineering metrics, or regulated and government-facing work is an advantage.
