Executive Director, AI Delivery Management

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for AI Delivery Management to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the engagement and delivery management function, with a focus on applied AI. This role involves leading a team to manage the day-to-day execution of core business engagements, ensuring the adoption of best practices for ethical and value-driven AI, and driving customer engagement satisfaction. The Executive Director will also be accountable for AI delivery methodologies, engagement lifecycle management, and portfolio governance, and will be expected to have a strong background in AI strategy, product management, and enterprise transformation. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in the software development field. The role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, high executive presence, and a proven track record in delivering enterprise AI solutions.
