Executive Director, Digital Transformation & Delivery Excellence Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to translate digital strategy into coordinated, enterprise-wide execution. The role will shape transformation roadmaps and investment decisions, establish governance and value-tracking practices, and advise senior leadership on progress, risks, and priorities. Responsibilities include leading complex cross-divisional programs, resolving delivery barriers, modernizing IT operating models and processes, and scaling data and AI capabilities. The Executive Director will also advance workforce development and collaborate across technology, finance, human resources, and business teams to improve delivery and business outcomes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. At least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including large-scale transformation across complex, global organizations, is required. Applicants should bring executive advisory and influence skills, experience leading cross-divisional programs and turnaround efforts, and foundational knowledge of modern architecture, cloud platforms, integration, DevSecOps, data governance, and AI. Strong financial management, people leadership, and experience in regulated industries are also required; familiarity with life sciences and consulting experience are preferred.
