The Company is in search of a Senior Lead Strategy and Planning Consultant, Executive Director, to join their Wealth and Investment Management Strategy team. The successful candidate will be a key advisor and support to the Head of WIM Strategy, the Strategy leadership team, and WIM business leaders, driving the development of strategic plans that ensure the business's long-term growth and sustainability. This role demands a deep understanding of the wealth management and investment industry, including client segments, advisor models, platform capabilities, investment products, regulatory considerations, and the competitive landscape. The Senior Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading major strategic initiatives, shaping business innovation, and growth opportunities, and will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, working closely with the WIM Operating Committee and their teams. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in strategy and planning, with a preference for those who have a background in wealth management, private banking, asset management, retirement, digital wealth, or advisory platform strategy. The role requires a candidate with an innovation mindset, capable of leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance business performance. Experience in areas such as digital and self-directed wealth, partnerships, corporate development, M&A, and a proven track record of driving change in a complex, matrixed organization is essential. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined operator, with exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, and a history of building strong relationships and influencing executive stakeholders.
