The Company is in search of an EVP, Technology for Product & Data with a strong focus on AI-native media buying platforms. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the architecture, engineering, and delivery of a user experience and workflow layer that integrates complex media processes into a seamless digital experience. This role is pivotal in defining and executing a micro frontend strategy that ensures a cohesive and composable platform ecosystem. The EVP will also be responsible for driving AI-native engineering practices, including AI-augmented SDLC and generative tooling, to enhance developer productivity and code quality. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record in building and scaling AI-driven or data-intensive platforms. Technical expertise in microfrontend architectures, modern web standards, and AI-driven development is essential. The role requires a leader who can foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation, and who is adept at leading diverse technical teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree or MBA being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media, advertising, or technology sectors, and be adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a data-driven environment.
