Global Payroll Associate, Assistant Vice President

The Company is in search of a Global Payroll Associate, Assistant Vice President to join their dynamic Corporate Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the management of the company's payroll processes across multiple countries, including the US, Canada, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Portugal, Switzerland, and Japan. Responsibilities for this position include assisting with global payroll, reconciling pay changes, finalizing timesheets for US non-exempt employees, managing pay inputs, maintaining relationships with payroll service partners, and ensuring compliance with state employment tax requirements and global filings. The role also involves serving as the initial point of contact for payroll-related issues, educating employees, and coordinating data for audit responses. Applicants for the Global Payroll Associate, Assistant Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a Certified Payroll Certification (CPP) designation strongly preferred. Experience with Dayforce is also strongly preferred, along with a background in managing multi-state payroll and global payroll experience. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, and compliance requirements, as well as proficiency in using payroll software and automated systems. The role offers the opportunity to gain experience with new software and contribute to the improvement of key processes within the global payroll function.
