Head of Corporate & Investment Banking

The Company is seeking a senior producer and market leader to build and lead its Corporate & Investment Banking practice. The role focuses on front-office financial services recruiting and includes setting the practice’s strategy, developing client relationships, originating and executing permanent search assignments, and personally managing senior searches. The successful candidate will build a hiring plan as the practice grows, recruit and mentor team members, and establish account strategies and performance standards. They will also collaborate with leadership on broader financial services client strategy. Candidates should have significant experience recruiting or selling within Corporate & Investment Banking, established front-office financial services relationships, and a strong personal production record. The role requires the ability to originate client relationships, develop senior-level connections, and build a business beyond an individual desk. Experience mentoring or managing recruiters is preferred. A commercial mindset and the ability to lead practice growth are essential.
