Head of Multifamily Property Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Multifamily Property Management to build and lead an in-house operating platform for a growing luxury rental portfolio. The role includes overseeing existing properties and supporting the planning, opening, lease-up, and stabilization of new developments. The successful candidate will establish the organizational structure, recruit and develop property management teams, and implement scalable policies, systems, and reporting standards. Working across development, asset management, finance, and leasing, they will guide the transition from third-party management and support continued portfolio growth. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive multifamily property management experience and senior leadership experience overseeing a sizable luxury rental portfolio. A track record of building, insourcing, or transforming an operating platform is required, along with experience recruiting and developing corporate and site-level teams. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, expense controls, and initiatives to grow net operating income is essential. Applicants should also bring experience with property openings and lease-up, strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
