Head of Team Lead

The Company is seeking a Head of Central Team Lead to oversee centralized investment, research, and trading teams, including high-frequency trading and futures and macro strategies. The role is accountable for research and production quality, scalable shared infrastructure, and the teams’ long-term contribution to investment performance. Responsibilities include shaping the team’s structure, priorities, and operating practices; managing strategy leads; and ensuring research capabilities are robust, repeatable, well-documented, and production-ready. The successful candidate will also partner with senior leaders to develop and scale research and infrastructure initiatives and advise on long-term business strategy. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in quantitative investing, including work in systematic research and production environments, and at least five years of management experience, ideally leading multiple portfolio managers or research teams. The role requires a record of leading multi-team research efforts or platform-level investment initiatives and building quantitative research processes across data, modeling, portfolio construction, and execution. Strong collaboration with senior investment and operations leaders is essential, along with sound judgment, discretion, and credibility when handling sensitive investment and performance information.
