The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead property operations across a portfolio of directly managed properties and provide strategic oversight to other property management leaders. Responsibilities include mentoring and developing teams, advising boards and owners, resolving complex client matters, and ensuring strong service, operational, and financial outcomes. The role oversees budgets, reporting, contracts, vendors, capital projects, compliance, and property conditions, while coordinating with corporate functions and on-site teams. The Managing Director also drives portfolio improvements, supports client onboarding and business development, and promotes accountability and a client-focused culture. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or equivalent work experience, along with 5–7 years of experience managing luxury residential or mixed-use properties. Strong leadership, team development, financial oversight, and property management systems experience are required.
