The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead fund finance business development and senior client relationships. Responsibilities include originating and maintaining business with venture capital and private equity firms, building a strong industry network, and negotiating and structuring credit facilities. The role also involves partnering with colleagues across business areas to identify opportunities, supporting credit quality through collaboration with portfolio and risk teams, and coaching and developing team members. The successful candidate will maintain a strong understanding of fund finance, treasury, and depository needs across the investment fund ecosystem. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and at least seven years of relevant experience, including direct business development with venture capital or private equity funds. Required qualifications include knowledge of fund finance credit facilities, treasury management, and depository needs, along with established industry relationships and strong underwriting and deal-structuring skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and team leadership abilities are essential, as is confidence representing the organization at industry events.
