The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Financial Planning and Analysis within its Chief Business Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of departmental operations to ensure the achievement of key objectives. This role involves directing and coordinating all administrative functions, contributing to the development of the division's mission and goals, and overseeing the selection, development, and management of employees. The Senior Director will also be involved in budget planning, monitoring clinical activities for cost-effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 7 years of experience in health administration, with a strong preference for those with leadership experience in a healthcare environment. The role requires a candidate who can demonstrate the ability to interact with medical and administrative staff, resolve operational issues, and make recommendations to senior leadership. The Senior Director will also be responsible for staff training, evaluating job-specific competencies, and ensuring the effective allocation of staff resources to support business activities and revenue cycle initiatives. Collaboration with various departments, including Patient Financial Services, and a focus on quality assurance and patient satisfaction are essential aspects of the position.
