The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting business strategy to user experience, with a focus on aligning people, processes, technology, and touchpoints to enhance end-to-end experiences. This role involves leading design initiatives, driving business impact through the infusion of service design tools and methods, and advocating for a culture of service design within the organization. The Senior Service Designer will also be at the forefront of service transformation, scoping design initiatives, conducting research, and identifying opportunities for the integration of AI into service ecosystems. Applicants should have 6-10 years' of relevant experience in service design, process re-engineering, design strategy, user experience, or related fields. A strong background in AI capabilities and their application to workflow opportunities is essential.
