The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, HR - Credit, Finance, and Risk to be a strategic partner to the executive leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry and the ability to translate business strategies into HR initiatives that support digital transformation and operational efficiency. The SVP will lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies, and will be a key player in building and championing a strong global team. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior HRBP role, preferably within a complex, matrixed, global financial services organization. The role demands a proven track record of partnering with senior executives on talent strategies, strong business acumen, and expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with a Master's or MBA being preferred. Executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate in high-pressure environments are essential. The SVP will also be responsible for managing a strong HR team, resolving complex employee relations issues, and acting as a change agent during organizational transformations.
