The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Analyst to support equities trading technology. This role bridges trading desks and technology teams, translating business needs into clear system specifications and scalable solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing order management workflows, improving trading applications, coordinating concurrent initiatives across global teams, and contributing to technology roadmaps, governance, and automation standards. The successful candidate will communicate scope, risks, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, assess risk implications, and guide resource allocation while mentoring team members. Candidates should have 5–10 years of business or systems analysis experience in financial services technology, hands-on experience with trading applications and order management systems, and a strong understanding of equities markets and front-office workflows. The role requires the ability to manage complex initiatives across teams and geographies, strong analytical and diplomatic skills, and clear written and verbal communication. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required; a related bachelor’s or master’s degree, familiarity with roadmap and governance tools, and exposure to trading technology automation are advantageous.
