The Company is seeking a Vice President, Civil Engineering Leader to guide multi-office teams and oversee the quality, safety, and delivery of highway and civil infrastructure projects and programs. Responsibilities include leading complex projects, managing budgets and performance, developing business opportunities, and shaping long-term strategy and growth. The role also involves guiding managers and staff, leading proposals and contract discussions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a liaison to clients, government agencies, subcontractors, and industry groups. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice to clients and promote innovation and high-quality project delivery. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related discipline, at least 12 years of relevant highway or civil engineering and infrastructure design experience, and a New York State Professional Engineer license; additional state licensure is preferred. Required qualifications include advanced expertise in highway and civil engineering, infrastructure design, and applicable construction laws, codes, and regulations. Candidates should also bring experience managing large-scale programs and projects, strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with relevant design software and business tools.
