Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst & Approval Officer

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst and Approval Officer to provide independent credit analysis and approval across commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, structuring and underwriting deals, preparing credit assessments with financial projections and stress testing, and presenting recommendations to senior approval committees. The role also involves reviewing legal documents and credit conditions, confirming requirements are met before funding, and monitoring transactions after disbursement. The successful candidate will prepare accurate credit reports and support audit, loan review, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should bring strong commercial real estate credit and underwriting expertise, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to develop and defend credit recommendations. Experience with transaction due diligence, financial analysis, stress testing, credit documentation, and post-disbursement reviews is important. The role also requires careful attention to information accuracy and the ability to collaborate with relationship managers and internal partners throughout the deal process.
