Vice President, Data & AI Architect

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Data & AI Architect to shape and build its enterprise data and artificial intelligence capabilities. The role will define the target architecture and long-term roadmap, connecting enterprise architecture strategy with platform development and delivery. Responsibilities include guiding data and AI platforms, governance, and standards; advancing modern data architectures and enterprise AI capabilities; and evaluating emerging technologies for responsible adoption. The leader will work closely with executives and technical teams, participate in design and delivery discussions, resolve technical obstacles, and develop a high-performing architecture capability. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Significant leadership experience in enterprise architecture, data or AI architecture, engineering, platform engineering, or technology strategy within complex organizations is required, along with a record of delivering transformational initiatives and measurable business outcomes. Applicants should bring deep knowledge of modern data platforms, lakehouse architectures, governance, and enterprise AI, including generative and agentic AI. The role also calls for hands-on technical leadership, the ability to assess designs and implementations, and strong communication skills across executive, business, product, and engineering teams.
