The Company is seeking a Vice President and Front Line Transaction Monitoring Product Owner for Equities to lead the global delivery of surveillance platforms and controls that detect and prevent market misconduct. Responsibilities include establishing a surveillance framework for equity products, assessing monitoring needs across trading workflows, and coordinating with front-office, implementation, technology, and data teams. The role also involves analyzing high-risk alerts, calibrating and back-testing surveillance models, developing quality assurance and escalation frameworks, and documenting procedures and system controls. The successful candidate will advise leadership, support monitoring teams through training, and guide the design and rollout of large-scale global solutions. Candidates must have at least five years of securities product management experience or equivalent. Desired qualifications include expertise in trade surveillance systems and model development, risk management, business controls, regulatory change, and large-scale project or product delivery. Strong understanding of equity trading workflows, including algorithmic trading, and experience with quantitative analysis and tools such as SQL, R, or Python are valuable.
