Vice President, Fund Finance Credit Risk & Approval Officer

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Fund Finance Credit Risk & Approval Officer to assess and approve subscription finance transactions and provide independent credit decisions for a large fund finance portfolio. Responsibilities include analyzing transaction structures, terms, borrowing bases, investor composition, creditworthiness, and ratings; leading due diligence; and developing risk mitigation strategies. The role also involves coordinating with legal teams and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, preparing risk reports and presentations for senior decision-makers, and contributing to process improvements. The successful candidate will monitor market and regulatory developments to inform credit assessments and regional strategy. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant fund finance credit experience, with deep expertise in subscription finance structures, borrowing base analysis, and investor composition assessment. Strong credit judgment and experience exercising approval authority are essential. The role also requires the ability to lead due diligence, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and risk committees, and collaborate across internal and external teams.
