Vice President, Global Head of Real Estate Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is in search of a VP, Global Head of Real Estate to spearhead its global real estate and workplace services. This senior executive will be responsible for aligning the real estate portfolio with business priorities, executing competitive transactions, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional office environments. The role demands a hands-on leader with a focus on portfolio strategy, transactions, design and construction, and workplace operations. The successful candidate will serve as the principal real estate advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, developing a global portfolio strategy that balances cost, flexibility, and the quality of the employee and client experience. Key responsibilities include leading site selection and negotiations, overseeing design and construction projects, and maintaining high standards of workplace and client service. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' corporate real estate and workplace experience, with a proven track record in commercial real estate, complex negotiations, and delivering premium corporate interiors. Experience in demanding professional environments such as financial services is strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage directly in all aspects of the business. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is required, along with the ability to travel internationally as needed.
