Vice President, Insurance & Specialty Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President-level Senior Credit Analyst to assess and manage credit risk across insurance-sector client relationships. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing financial data, preparing credit applications, recommending appropriate credit facilities, and monitoring client credit quality, exposures, and limit exceptions. The role also involves managing counterparty ratings and trading documentation, supporting legal negotiations, and contributing to quarterly portfolio reviews and annual risk governance. The analyst will coordinate with relationship managers, business teams, legal staff, and risk colleagues, while keeping senior leadership informed of relevant industry developments. Candidates should have 7–10 years of insurance-sector credit experience gained in banking, insurance, or a rating agency, along with strong knowledge of insurance accounting, regulatory frameworks, and credit metrics. The role requires sound analytical judgment, the ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and experience assessing counterparty and transaction risk. Familiarity with insurance rating models, credit administration, and trading documentation is important. Strong research, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are also required.
