The Company is seeking a senior market risk professional to provide independent oversight of market risk across products, business lines, and strategic initiatives. The role leads risk reviews of new products and material business changes, assesses exposures across trading and banking books, and develops or challenges risk limits, controls, monitoring frameworks, and measurement methodologies. The successful candidate will partner with teams across treasury, markets, finance, compliance, legal, and enterprise risk, while presenting analyses and recommendations to senior leaders and governance committees. Responsibilities also include reviewing risk assumptions and reporting, supporting audits and regulatory examinations, and strengthening product governance and market risk policies. Candidates should have at least six years of experience in market risk, treasury risk, asset-liability management, balance-sheet risk, capital markets risk, or a related discipline, preferably within a large or complex financial institution. Strong knowledge of fixed income, structured assets, money market instruments, foreign exchange, and derivatives is required, along with experience assessing product or portfolio risk and familiarity with trading-book or banking-book risk frameworks. Applicants should demonstrate strong analytical ability and clear communication with senior stakeholders, supported by education in finance, economics, a quantitative discipline, or a related field. Experience with product approval, stress testing, scenario analysis, risk limits, and regulatory frameworks is beneficial; an advanced degree or relevant professional designation is preferred.
