The Company is seeking a VP, Tax to join their global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of federal, state, and local tax compliance, including various corporate tax obligations. This role involves managing individual tax matters for a diverse range of employees, leading income tax accounting, and addressing complex tax considerations related to financial products. The VP, Tax will also be tasked with evaluating state nexus exposure, managing cross-border tax issues, and ensuring compliance with evolving global tax regulations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or Master's in taxation preferred. A minimum of 6 years' of experience in U.S. domestic and international tax is required, with a strong generalist background. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate taxation, cross-border matters, and multinational tax reporting, with experience in the Big Four, commodity trading, or financial services being highly desirable. The role demands a professional with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, who can effectively manage multiple tax projects and coordinate with international advisors and auditors. Proficiency in tax and accounting software, advanced Excel, and additional language skills are a plus.
