Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst, Credit Approval

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst to independently assess credit proposals across assigned sectors and products. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, preparing credit assessments with financial projections and stress tests, and presenting and defending cases before a credit approval committee. The role also oversees review of credit conditions and legal documentation, supports post-disbursement monitoring and regulatory requirements, and contributes to portfolio analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will help develop credit policies and procedures, manage risk, and coach junior analysts. Candidates should bring substantial experience in credit analysis, underwriting, and financial assessment, including the ability to evaluate transactions, test financial scenarios, and identify and escalate risks. Strong knowledge of credit terms, covenants, collateral, and loan documentation is important, along with experience in portfolio monitoring and regulatory or audit reviews. The role requires sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to present and defend credit recommendations to senior decision-makers. Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to policies, procedures, or training is also valuable.
