Head of Operational Excellence

The Company is seeking a Head of Operational Excellence to lead continuous improvement, cross-functional integration, and AI-enabled business transformation. The role will establish consistent processes, governance, and performance measures; oversee certifications, audits, assurance, and compliance; and develop secure, effective knowledge-management practices. A key focus is guiding the adoption of AI across commercial activities, with appropriate governance, training, security, and data protections. The successful candidate will advise senior leaders, lead transformation programmes, and turn strategic priorities into measurable operational improvements. Candidates should have significant operational leadership experience in the technology or security sectors and a proven record of delivering cross-functional transformation and continuous improvement. Experience overseeing certifications, audits, assurance, and compliance frameworks, as well as implementing AI-enabled processes or digital transformation, is essential. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills are required, along with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to change. Experience with secure environments, AI governance, data protection, or improvement methodologies is desirable; active security clearance is preferred, and candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo vetting.
