Assistant Vice President, Infrastructure & Operations Greater Omaha, NE Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations to lead a large, multidisciplinary technology organization and modernize its infrastructure and operating model. Responsibilities include advancing cloud migration and modernization, strengthening alignment between infrastructure, operations, and security, and improving governance, change management, strategic planning, and execution. The role partners with business and technology leaders to deliver solutions, evolve organizational design, and build scalable technology capabilities. It also involves developing teams and leaders, managing vendors and service providers, and guiding the organization through significant change. Candidates should have 15 or more years of related experience, including at least 10 years in technology leadership and experience leading teams of 50 or more. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required, or equivalent education and experience. Applicants should bring deep infrastructure and operations expertise, a record of cloud modernization and migration, and strong knowledge of security, architecture, data centers, networking, and modern operations. Experience in regulated industries, cybersecurity strategy, complex technology delivery, continuous integration and delivery, system design, and data security is valuable. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and team leadership skills are also essential.
