Executive Director, Quality & Risk Management

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Quality and Risk Management to lead quality, infection control, and patient safety functions. The role oversees strategic planning, resources, performance metrics, and continuous improvement, while ensuring care practices meet applicable standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating system-wide quality initiatives, accreditation and audit activities, regulatory reporting, and policies and procedures. The Executive Director also develops and coaches teams, supports employee engagement, and oversees effective budget planning and operations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related clinical healthcare field and more than seven years of relevant experience, including over three years in leadership. A master’s degree is preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required, with Black Belt preferred; Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality certification is preferred or must be obtained within two years of hire.
