This role involves supporting General and Area Superintendents, conducting site visits, and maintaining visibility into project accounting and performance metrics. The Vice President will also be responsible for driving field excellence, operational consistency, and workforce development, while safeguarding profitability, schedule performance, and client satisfaction. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, with at least 20 years of construction-related experience, including 10 years in a senior field operations role. A background in water and wastewater, particularly in self-performance of concrete and mechanical scopes, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in the completion of multimillion-dollar projects, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and current training in various safety and construction-related areas. The Vice President will be expected to mentor and develop field leadership teams, maintain a strong safety culture, and integrate technology and innovative practices to improve performance and communication.
