The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead its people strategy and align talent, culture, and organizational capabilities with business objectives. Responsibilities include executing people initiatives, developing the HR team, and partnering with executive and divisional leaders on strategic planning, organizational development, and workforce transformation. The role will strengthen employee engagement, accountability, and organizational effectiveness, while overseeing benefits, retirement programs, payroll, leave administration, and workers’ compensation. The Vice President will also advise on complex employee relations matters and represent the organization with external stakeholders. Candidates should bring extensive, progressive HR experience, broad functional expertise, and executive-level leadership capability. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and PHR or SHRM-CP certification are required. Applicants should have thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations, strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software. Sound judgment, clear communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills are also important.
