Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Greater Oslo, Norway Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and support continued profitable growth across existing and new markets. The CFO will provide commercial analysis and decision support to senior leadership, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting, and guide financing and corporate structuring. Responsibilities include managing international tax, VAT, payment solutions, banking relationships, and financial risks, while working with external advisers as needed. The role will also scale finance processes, systems, automation, and team capacity to support greater business complexity and improve operational control. Candidates should have experience as a CFO or in a comparable senior finance role, ideally in a growth company with international operations, and a master’s degree in economics or finance, or equivalent. They should understand financing, international corporate structures, tax and VAT considerations, and the flow of goods from purchasing through to customers. Strong financial modeling, commercial judgment, and familiarity with technology, automation, and AI are required, along with fluent written and spoken English. Experience in brands, retail, e-commerce, or establishing operations and financial relationships in international markets is an advantage.
