The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the technical development in the context of the green shift and the electrification of industry and energy systems. The CTO will play a pivotal role in the advancement of the company's products, technologies, and technical environments, with a focus on leading and developing the technical team, driving product innovation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This key position demands a technical manager who can evaluate new technologies, contribute to strategic development, and provide technical support across various functions. Candidates for the CTO role at the company should have an engineering education in electrical engineering, power engineering, automation, or a related field, and a background that includes experience in technical management, product development, or technical leadership. Solid expertise in power engineering, automation, or energy technology is essential, as is a good understanding of technical systems and energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in relevant standards and regulations, have experience with technical documentation, and possess knowledge of PLC/HMI systems. Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or Revit is advantageous. The CTO should be a technically strong, curious, and creative individual, capable of combining strategic thinking with practical implementation, and motivated by the development of both products and technical solutions.
